Winnipeg Free Press (Newspaper) - November 23, 1875, Winnipeg, Manitoba City and provincial mews. St. A Drew meets again to night. The h. B. Co. Have provided a skating rink for their employees. Bread has risen. The Bakers of the City met in solemn conclave and decided that from monday last the Price of bread should be cents per loaf. Has the near approach of the january election anything to do with the fact that All the members of the City Council were present at the meeting last evening see advertisement of class for Book keep ing etc., to be held in the Public school. All who intend to join will hand in their names on wednesday evening for without having a sufficient number the class will not be organized.
