Pastors must also make a special Effort to teach those children their religion and when it is impossible for them to discharge this duty personally As much As should provide in various parts of their respective missions prudent and pious persons who least on sundays and fes apply their places by teaching catechism. The children of the Church Are exhorted to favor the desires of those who wish to become teachers of schools. The supremacy of the civil Power is denied and it is declared that it has no right to interfere with the preach ing of the gospel and the establishment of the religion of the Means taken Are peaceful and persuasive.
