Tho following is published in the Ganado gazette., together with the act to regulate Tho conduct of her majesty s subjects during the existence of hostilities Between foreign states with which her majesty is at peace by tub que Hon. A proclamation. Int orbit of. Whereas arc happily at peace with Al sovereigns Powers and slates. And whereas notwithstanding our utmost endeavours to preserve Pence Between Al sovereigns Powers and states a state of Wai unhappily exists Between his majesty the emperor of All Tho Kasias and his Ima Josty Tho emperor of the ottomans and Between their respective subjects and others inhabit ing within their countries territories or do minions and whereas we Are on Tormod of Friend ship and amicable Intercourse with each of those sovereigns and with their several subjects and others inhabiting within Tho ii countries territories or dominions. And whereas great numbers of our Loyal subjects reside and carry on Commerce and possess property and establishments and enjoy various Rigits and privileges within the dominions of each of Tho aforesaid sovereigns protected by Tho treaties Between us and each of Tho aforesaid sovereigns. To therefore have thought fit by and wit i Tho advice of Tho privy Council to is sue this our Royal proclamation. And to do hereby strictly charge and command All our Loving subjects to govern themselves accordingly and to observe a strict neutrality in and during the aforesaid War and to abstain from violating or contravening either Tho Laws and statutes of Trio realm in this behalf or Tho Law of nations in relation thereto As they will answer to Trio contrary at their peril. Then Camo Grey Friar and Chaumont with Covenanter and Phi Korroch in the rear. Before reach ing Tho mile Post Brown Prince took up the running. At the top of Tho Hill Glon Arthur was loading again As they Camo round Tat Tenham Glen Arthur Touchet Grey Friar and Silvio on the lower ground closely followed by Chaumont Kob Roy Brown Prince and a Tyre. Hero Chaumont was beaten and Silvio took Tho second place Phi Korroch Roy Roy and a Tyre be ing just in Advance of Brown Prince and Touchet. As they commenced to Rise the Hill a Little Over a Hundred Yards from Home Silvio took command while Rob Roy began to overhaul the leading pair How Ever to never got up and Silvio won by half a length Between the second and third Phi Korroch was beaten by a head.
