The chairman had coupled the House of commons with the Manitoba if that would Confer any Honor on the House of com Mons he would not object. Laughter he went on to speak of the importance of the questions with which this legislature alone had had to Deal among them that of education was perhaps of greater interest to the present company than any other. As to recent legislation the opinion of this legislature that that question was within its jurisdiction seemed to be Correct in was very important to us that it should be sustained. He congratulated Manitoba collage upon the very great Success it had made. Chief Justice Taylor proposed As the next Toast.
