He pleaded proscription for one thing also. Thomas rec greedy settled with the other members for a certain sum but admitted that he had put in no Evi Nence of this settlement. Witness was Man Ager for Hia brother 1874 to 1880, when Thomas was a contractor on the North Bhore railway.
