The project for the establishment of a working girls club was brought up last Winter and the Council was asked for its support. The committee on reformatory work continued the investigations which were begun last year and made an exhaustive inquiry into the methods of dealing with Corr Gible women offend ers adopted in the various provinces of the Dominion and in other countries.
