Had bought his horses and machinery. However the state authorities some months ago smarted i of the Case and finally a suspicion was fastened upon Orton. The web of circumstantial evidence was Woven until on sunday last Youngo Tom crime. Orton s Story was that he and Thos. Rod a respected citizen of the Hans Boro District committed Tho crime. Accuses another Man according to this Story of Orton s Rod did the shooting and Orton tied the legs of the dead Man together hitched a horse to the body and dragged it to a manure pile spine Hundred Yards away where it was buried.
