Downpour of rain will raise havoc with the track already softened by water which had backed up along the right of Way in Many places. Rain was reported from Moose jaw on the West and at Liberty to the North hence the reason. Lor these fears. Train re routed Canadian Pacific railway trains no. 303 and 304. The Tri City express operating Between Moore jaw re Gina and Saskatoon Are unable to travel along tile usual route Owmer to several Small washouts Between re Kuna Beach and Colonsay these trains have been diverted via Bulyea and Lanigan and Are Able to reach their destinations at Trio scheduled times. The damage to the track is repaired rapidly. Canadian Pacific railway train no. 56, the Winnipeg local to a Corlna via Arcola and train no. 307, Weyburn to Regina via Stoughton wer can celled this morning and it is not expected that train no. 308, Regina to Weyburn due to leave the City at 3.25 o clock this afternoon will operate. If the track can be fixed be tween Here and Arcola it is possible that train no. 56, cancelled this morning will be permitted to com Mence its journey late this afternoon but it is certain that there will be no service Between Weyburn and Arcola today. There Are numerous washouts on the Kisbey sub division Between Regina and Arcola but most of the damage has been done to the track where culverts have been provided to carry away the storm and Florid water which runs to the Low Lynn land from the Hills. The track in Home places is and the Wash of the water is taking away the ballast. Men the water works depart ment worked All Day monday in an Effort to build a dam preventing this water from entering the town and adding to the already Over flowing ditches on either Side main Street. A washout on the Canadian Pacific railway six Miles East of town necessitated a work train from souls the Bridge and Section gangs from Arcola and four carloads of cinders to put it in order for the noon train from cellars flooded in the evening the dam built on Moose Creek broke and let the water into the town causing cellars on main Street to fill with water. The ice on the Souris River has broken up into cakes on each Sido of the Bridge but they Are held Back by the Cana Dian Pacific railway dam. About half a mile West ice is stacked up at the moves Mountain Creek Bridge part of the Souris Valley is under water which has come from the melting snows on the Hills. In town Many sloughs Are filled with water. The streets Are dry but in Many places sheets of water lie on either Side of the grading. North and South Roada in the country Are very bad and water is crossing them in places. Osage and Kisbey Kisbey sask., March 31. Wash outs on the Arcola Kisbey line at Osage and Kisbey tied up. Passenger trains. It is expected repairs will be made so that trains can resume to Morrow. Still soms danger at Yorkton Yorkton sask., March 31. The water is rapidly flowing away Al though the danger of floods in this Vicinity is not yet passed. West of the Canadian National railway track where the flood occurred two years ago the water is rapidly in the culverts and some fear that it will overflow at any minute. Although these Small floods Are not of a very serious nature they very inconvenient tying up traffic and forcing citizens to go about in waders.
