A second expert expressed a contrary opinion. He was still in the wit Ness Box at tie noon adjourn ment. Two other witnesses who had been with Johnstone and Gardiner at a dance on oct. 20, and had seen them again the next Day said that on both occasions Gardiner was dressed in a Light suit and a dark Over coat which contradicted the Story of Nellie Wojchesin waitress at the cafe who said that when Gar diner came into the cafe he was dressed in Blue and had no Over coat or hat.
