Of for rom 1 to hours or until the potatoes Are tender. This is enough or approximately 6 Servings. Usually apples Are served As a Ide dish with Ham but in this Iam casserole they Are baked High Vith it. Ham casserole 3 slices Ham 4 apples sliced 3 Tablespoons Brown sugar Ivy Tablespoons Lemon juice method the Ham slices should be about one Quarter Inch in thick Ess. Arrange one of these slice i the Bottom of a baking dish. Pare he apples arid remove the cores lice thinly and cover the Ham slice Vith a layer of these. Sprinkle Abl spoon of Brown sugar Over topple slices. Cover with another layer of Ham apples and Brown Suga and then repeat. Sprinkle thelmor ice Over the top. Bake this in t moderate oven 350 Deg. Of of about 45 minutes. Cover the dish until the apples begin to soften an Hen remove the cover for the re of the baking time. Ice Cream cup sugar i cup milk 2 Teaspoons Vanilla is Teaspoon Salt pint heavy Cream whipped method Combine the Suga milk Flavouring and Salt and i thoroughly.
