Fluid condition it left the entire front positions tonight in an admittedly fluid condition. I am informed Here at British general Headquarters that the Brit ish expeditionary Force is prepared to meet changed conditions with an unchanged plan of operation. Every body has asked throughout the Day. Residents refugees officers and men what the United states is go ing to do in answer to Premier Paul Reynaud s Appeal to president Roosevelt. The answer is still unknown As i write.
