Develop ing and printing May be done by a photo finisher or the entrant. No print or enlargement More than ten inches in the longest dimension will be accepted. No Art work or retouching is permitted on prints or the negatives from which they Are made. No composite pictures such As multiple printing or montages permitted. Pictures should not be mounted or framed. 5. All pictures shall be judged solely on general interest and Appeal.
