This condition caused by transportation problems and the changeling of wheat for Export under the wheat agreement with Britain came to a head tuesday when the feed Trade Section of the Winnipeg Board of Trade telegraphed prime minister Mackenzie King recommend ing that the Dominion feeds administration Call a meeting of representatives of parties concerns to discuss the whole situation.
