Therefore today we Are going to Deal with some desserts that you might like to try in which rhubarb is used. Although Field rhubarb cannot compete As far As color is concerned with the Hothouse variety we have had Here recently the flavor is identical and actually it is nothing else but the tart fresh flavor that holds so much a peal to Winter jaded appetites. Add the egg and beat until the mixture is Light and Fluffy. Sift the flour then measure and sift again with the baking powder and Salt. Add this to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk a Small amount of each at a time stirring enough to blend after each addition. _ pour Over the rhubarb mixture m the pan and bake in a moderate oven 375 Deg.
