T the Board rejected Only one of the recommendations a minor one dealing with an accounting i routine. T the report criticized the Board s 1 personnel policy for stenographers and clerks because there was no provision for bringing in caper 1 ended stenographers and clerks i at any other than the regular starting salary follow City policy the report suggested that the school District follow the City s new policy on overtime and trans ports Tion allowance.
