Public works committee re ported on the details of the pre fabricated installations but coun cil decided against them on the grounds that contracts have Al ready been awarded to Benjamin Brothers Ltd. A decision to install pre fabricated Mains and pipes would have meant re awarding contracts to super Crete Ltd. Council was informed that the and Public Utility Board had already Given its final approval to the Benjamin brother s bid to Lay 1.500 feet of sewers and of Watermain for 766. The installations will run along Speers Road South of Dawson Road. They will parallel the Benjamin subdivision part the Eizabeth Park Long Range housing development project.
