Forecast Palace holds Back official statement i v London Reuters an official statement from Clarence House said Friday that no announcement concerning Princess Margaret s personal future is at present contemplated. The statement issued from Princess Margaret City Mart plan hits a. Snag plans for Merchand ise Mart in downtown Winnipeg have run into difficulties. The project May be delayed or abandoned entirely. This possibility loomed Friday following a crisis visit to Winni Peg by Thomas Hill president of the new York firm which was to have financed the development. One of the main obstacles is that of tenancy. The search for permanent tenants for the 10 Storey building has not proved As fruitful As was hoped. The Syndi Cate financing the project expected to have a certain proportion of the in the building under Long term leases before construction even began. Or.
