These students jumped at the Chance to take formal dramatic training. They Are the people who love the theatre and Many would usher prompt paint sets or do just about anything to be a part of it. The comprehensive course in drama which costs the student per season provides instruction three nights a week in voice diction movement theatre history acting and rehearsal classes. Students who began in january will be ready for some experience by the end of May 1961, the director said. Single classes in voice acting and theatre history Are also available. Some adults attend classes wednesday afternoon there Are others for children and teen ers. Mrs. Barbara Hub a 28, Mother of three children would like to be a professional actress. Students say the lessons Are bearing fruit in better Quality drama study in the schools. Miss Chernick and her colleagues dream of some Day establishing a High school drama festival. As yet no Concrete plans have miss Cher Nick said but Many ideas Are being tossed around. The goal is to hold the festival in 1961, and make it an annual Complete relaxation a must.
