Tuesday May 3, 1960 government boosts Legal service fees the provincial government has approved new fee increases which will mean higher charges to corporations credit unions and individuals. The new schedule charged by the provincial Secretary s depart ment doubles most fees and raises others to five times the previous level. Officials said the increases were made to bring the fees in line with those in other provinces and with the Cost of providing services. It s not a Revenue an official said. The new fees will probably bring in Only about 000 to More Revenue. It s just a question of bringing them in he said Many of the fees had not been changed since 1032.
