Shrimp Cucumber Mold shrimp layer 1h ibs. Frozen shelled de veined raw shrimp 2 Tablespoons bottled italian style dressing 1 Tablespoon chopped Parsley 1 Tablespoon Gelatin 2 cups Chicken Broth 2 drops Tabasco sauce 1 Cucumber Cucumber layer 2 Tablespoons artificially sweetened Lime Jelly powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 cup hot water 2 Tablespoons vinegar i cup Dairy sour Cream 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise for shrimp layer Cook shrimps according to directions on package. Drain. Reserve 12 shrimps in refrigerator for Gar Nish. Place remaining shrimp in bowl. Add italian dressing and lightly. Cover chill until serving time. Soften Gelatin in one cup of Chicken Broth in medium sized Saucepan for five minutes. Heat Over hot water stirring until dissolved. Stir in remaining Broth and Tabasco. Let stand at room temperature. For Cucumber layer score in pared Cucumber with Fork for about it length. Slice thinly halve the aside. Pare remainder of Cucumber chop. There should be about one cup. Dissolve Lime Jelly powder and Salt in hot water. Add vinegar. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg White. While Lime Jelly sets place six cup ring Mold in pan of cold water with ice cubes. Pour cup Chicken Broth from shrimp layer into Mold. Chill until slightly thickened. Stand halved Cucumber slices in pan Rind Side Down to form pattern. Spoon 1 cup Broth into Mold. Chill until almost but not quite set. Press 12 reserved shrimp into this layer to form a Circle around pan. Pour in remaining Broth chill until almost firm. Blend sour Cream and Mayon Naise into Lime Jelly. Fold in chopped cucumbers. Spoon Over shrimps layer. Chill until set. Untold on lettuce. Fill Centre with marinated shrimp. Garnish with Lemon wedges Cherry Toma toes and celery curls. Yield six Servings.
