Rudolph Henry Keller 34, of Regina was sentenced to five years in Stony Mountain Penitentiary after he pleaded guilty to seven charges involving break ing and entering theft and fraud. Morris Delphin Chamberlain 41, of Barrows Man., was sentenced to 30 months after plead ing guilty to 14 similar charges. Keller is wanted for question ing by Regina police in connection with the death of James William Drew 34, of Regina Fol lowing a Street fight nov. 11. Chamberlain and a third Man not yet tried were arrested feb. 15.by a Winnipeg detective and ramp officers in Winnipeg. The committee gave no hint that the election act will be j changed this year to lower the j voting age to 18. A review of recommendations made by various Royal commis Sions along with other proposals will be the first step taken. Members decided that a study of the Federal municipal and provincial election acts should be studied thoroughly so that any suggested changes can be presented at the next session of the legislature.
