Add Pear halves. Bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until Chicken Fork tender. Yield four Servings. Endive Tomato and Avocado salad it head endive 1 Grapefruit 1 Avocado Pear 8 Cherry tomatoes i Cap salad Oil 1 Tablespoon wine vinegar Teaspoon Salt Teaspoon dry Mustard Teaspoon Black Pepper Wash endive Pat dry. Crisp several hours in plastic bag in refrigerator. At serving time pare grape fruit Cut into sections. Cut Avocado in half remove seed Core. Pare and Cut each half in thin slices. Halve tomatoes. Rhubarb Strawberry compote 8 medium sized stalks rhubarb 3 Tablespoons water 1% cups sugar i pint strawberries 1 cup Dairy soar Cream 3 Tablespoons Bif Wii sugar Wash rhubarb Pat dry.
