Salad month july is salad month try a Cool appetizing salad today Here Are a few suggestions by Norah Cherry free press Home economist vegetable Medley salad cup sliced radishes 2 chopped Green onions cup Clear French dressing cup Mayonnaise endive 2 cups shelled peas 2 cups whole Green Beans 4 carrots t Teaspoon Salt 1 cup boiling water 1 cup sliced raw celery Wash vegetables. Place peas in heavy Saucepan. French Green Beans. Pare carrots and Cut into thin strips. Add Beans and carrots to peas. Sprinkle with Sair. Pour in boiling water. Cover pan. Cook Over medium heat 10 minutes or until just tender Crisp. Dram vegetables. Place in bowl. Add celery radish and onion. Add French dressing. Toss lightly. Chill two hours. At serving time lightly stir in Mayonnaise. Serve on Cusp endive. Yield six to Eignor Servings. Chicken salad Almandine 3 cups diced cooked 12 Teaspoon Salt Chicken Teaspoon Pepper 1 cup sliced celery 2 Tablespoons Lemon
