Rum Cream filling 1 Tablespoon Gelatin cup cold water 3 eggs i cup sugar 1 cup milk Teaspoon Mace i cup Light rum a Teaspoon Salt cup whipping Cream 3 Tablespoons Semi Sweet chocolate curls soften Gelatin in water 10 minutes. Separate eggs. Place Yolks in top of double boiler beat until Light. Stir in sugar milk. Stirring constantly 1 Teaspoon grated Lemon Rind is Cap whipping Cream it Teaspoon Vanilla place egg Yolks in top of double boiler beat one minute. Add sugar and Salt. Stir in Lemon juice.
