We specify Grade 11 Educa Tion and age 17 and give students who work for us part time in the Winter first Chance at the full time summer jobs. We treat our student help As a Pool of potential future employees and also of m. J. Schell personnel Man Ager for British american construction and materials limited said construction started late this year and contracts for roads sidewalks projects May and water reduced cause of cuts in municipal capital works budgets. We pay our student help a regular labor rate outside a Union but advise youths who Aren t particularly Strong not to waste time coming Clown to apply. We need husky people in our line of w. C.
