About Farmers will Benefit under the plan which Fea Tures an increase in individual quotas for Small and medium volume milk and Cream ship pers who exceeded their quotas last year. The larger quotas will go to shippers who last year exceeded their quotas or less than pounds of butterfat about 000 pounds of milk. Their quota this year will be tile amount of their 1967-68 de liveries up to a maximum of pounds of butterfat. No additional quota will be Given to those who had quotas of More than pounds of butterfat last year. Farmers who had quotas last year but made no deliveries will not have a quota this year. Those who shipped Between 420 and pounds of butterfat last year and applied for quota will be Given a quota this year for the amount of last year s deliveries. Those who were Given Pound quotas last year but did not re apply will not have a quota this year. Also Farmers who shipped less than 420 pounds of butterfat last year will not be Given a quota. These two groups will receive phasing out payments for their deliveries last year at the rate of this year s subsidies. Producers who failed to meet quotas exceeding pounds of butterfat last year will be Given the same quota his year. Newcomers who did not have a quota last year but shipped More than 420 pounds of butter fat will be Given a quota this year equal to the amount of their deliveries last year up to a maximum of.
