Pepin said Quebec now relies on natural Gas from West Ern Canada Canadian . Coal Oil which is being imported from overseas but is potentially available from Western Canada or perhaps eventually from the Continental shelf Northern areas of Canada. Gas from Western Canada has become increasingly important in the Energy consumption of Quebec since it was first introduced 10 years ago he said.
