On War Toronto up kiwanis International closed its four Day 53rd annual convention wednes Day with a Strong endorsement of United states Vietnam War policies. Amid feeble resistance from Canadian and other non Ameri can the convention passed a Tough Resolution entitled defence against communist aggression. The Resolution said it should be the solemn duty of the governments of free peo ple of the world to prosecute this the Vietnam War or any such conflict with vigor and de termination so As to secure a speedy and honorable Conlu Bill Lewis a Welland out., Delegate noted that the kiwanis motto is we build and said a Blanket of the Vietnam War is inconsistent with that objective.
