Completing two Days of Pri vate talks senior officials of the exporting countries agreed sat urday to establish a technical body which would scrutinize individual sales and the terms of Trade to discourage attempts to grab off competitors Cust omers through dubious Market ing tactics. The first meeting of these j experts in effect the men involved in Selling wheat will take place Here aug. 11. They will work out a method of operation under series of instructions provided by the senior authorities. These technicians will have to work carefully to avoid charges by importers that the exporters have entered into collusion to carve up the world m a r k a t along rigid lines which might tend to Harden prices.
