Rental is about one per cent a month based on the painting s value and the artist gets the full rental fee. If the painting is sort. The gallery gets 20 per cent of the Sale Price. This year a 50-cent charge was added by the gallery to help pay for packing and handling or. Kirby said. Prices of the paintings Range from about up to most Are less than s400.
