Cut remaining Bacon slices i Small Dice. Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F. In two quart casserole layer half the potatoes tomatoes Bacon Dice seasonings and onions. Repeat. Top with partially cooked Bacon. Bake Ify. Hours or until potatoes tender. Yield six o Brien potatoes cup minced onion 2 Tablespoons butter or Marg Arine 3 cups Frozen potato gems 14 Cap minced pimiento 2 Tablespoons chopped Parsley preheat electric Skillet to 350 Deg. F. Saute onion in butter three minutes. Add gems. Stir ring frequently heat eight min utes. Add pimiento. Heat three to five minutes longer. Sprinkle with Parsley. Yield four to six Servings. Potato Salmon pie 3 cups mashed potatoes 4 Tablespoon butter or Margarine cup finely chopped onion finely chopped celery 1 Teaspoon Salt Teaspoon Pepper 4 Teaspoon optional 15 it or. Can Salmon 1 Tablespoon minced fresh Parsley prepare mashed potatoes from package directions for amount to prepare three cups using instant potatoes. Skillet hashed Browns is cup shortening 5 cups Frozen hashed Brown potatoes it Teaspoon Salt Teaspoon Pepper preheat electric Skillet to 350 Deg. F. Add shortening. When shortening hot carefully add potatoes. Cover Skillet to pre vent spattering. Cook five min utes. Remove cover continue to Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes Brown on Bottom. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cut in five or six wedge s. Turn each wedge separately with Pancake Turner. Cook five minutes longer or until Brown on the Bottom. Yield five to six Servings. Potato Stix Parmesan package 2 in. Size Frozen French Fries i cup melted butter or Margarine 1 Teaspoon onion Salt Teaspoon paprika a cup grated Parmesan cheese preheat oven to 425 Deg. F arrange potatoes in single layer in shallow pan. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with onion and paprika. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Add potatoes and milk. Cook Over medium heat until potatoes tender about three minutes. Stir with fort add Salt paprika and Pepper bring to boil. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F. Separate eggs. Beat Yolks until thick and Lemon coloured. Gradually add Small amount of hot potato mixture to Yolks. Return to mixture in Skillet stir until Well blended. Add cheese. Heat and stir until cheese melted. Remove from heat. Beat egg Whites to stiff shiny meringue. Fold into potato mixture. Turn into butter one quart casser Ole. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in Centre comes out clean. Yield four Servings. Creamed Ham and peas with gems 10 of. Package Frozen pets salted water 10 of.
