Police will be charged Vancouver up As Sault charges will be Laid against five Vancouver police men in connection with a disturbance in the City s Gas town area aug. 7, the police commis Sion said thursday night. A report on the disturbance was turned Over to the commis Sion earlier thursday by City prosecutor Stewart Mcmorran who said there was sufficient evidence to proceed with charges of common assault against the five officers. The five were not named. A commission statement said the names would be made Public when summons were issued expected to be within a week.
