Place one Tablespoon potato mixture on each round fold Over and Pinch edges together firmly this prevents separation during in a 3-to-5-quart sauce pan add Parsley and Salt to one quart bring to boil. Place a Rohy in water boil gently for 4 to 5 minutes. A Rohy May split open if boiled longer than 5 Drain if desired turn cooked a Rohy in a mixture of Parsley and onions salted in butter.
