Tie City now provides Reg ular maintenance of boulevards at no direct charge to property owners. But a policy decision As to whether the City should continue this practice should be made the com missioners recommended. The recommendation is expected to be discussed by the civic executive policy committee May 11. The review of the policy could mean that individual property owners would be responsible for the maintenance including grass Cut Ting of the Boulevard in front of their property or else the City could Levy an additional charge to per form this service. A policeman finally shot him in the Chest. His psychosis cleared rapidly while he was recovering from his wound in an israeli Hospital. An israeli court declared him unfit to stand trial because of insanity and he was released to his parents on the condition they take him to the United states for Hospital treatment. With the exception of another bad trip he had not been psychotic previously and showed no evidence of psychosis during four years of follow up treat ment. The doctors could not account for the student s two bad trips after approximately 20 he de scribed As pleasant. They said his psychosis might have been caused partially by sleep deprivation and the disorientating of f e c t s of his flight through Europe. The patient s character May have made him susceptible to a bad Ltd. Trip the psychiatrists stated. They said he had Many features in common with Long term Ltd users including narcissistic orientation shallow intimacies confused identity chronic depression and search for meaning through drugs.
