It had collided with a Tanker in the River plate. One officer said that after the Royston Grange rammed the liberian Tanker Tien Chee 40 Miles Southeast of Here an explosion apparently set the freighter ablaze and destroyed its lifeboats. Eight of the Tanker Tien Che s 40 Crew members Are missing in the inferno which swept both ships after their collision thursday. The comment by foreign Trade minister Nikolai Paoli Chev came after a Surprise White House meeting described officially As a Courtesy Call by the minister and soviet ambassador Anatoly f. Dobrynin. However after walking with Nixon to a helicopter which flew the president to his Camp David md., Retreat presiden tial adviser Henry Kissinger was asked by reporters whether the Summit was still on.
