From now on he said the government will pay Farmers Only one payment rather than two ones after farms have been checked by government inspectors. The idea was to increase the amount of livestock feed reduce carry Over Grain sur pluses from previous years. Farmers had to switch 25 acres to forage to qualify for Grants.
