Bell Canada will provide Access to the Anik satellite via its thin route Telephone Channel and Canadian National telecommunications will provide Access to its Calgary telex Centre via the satellite with the Richards Island telex effectively being a Calgary customer. To Call Calgary an Oil Man will merely have to pick up his Telephone and dial a local Extension of the person in the Calgary head office he wants to speak to. Long Dis Tance charges will Only begin if the Arctic Calls go to communities outside of Calgary the Calls will be routed to the transportable Earth station relayed to the Anik satellite and then to the Allan Park main Earth station near Toron to from there Calls will go to Ottawa to Alberta and Cal Gary.
