Court was also told Nelson became involved in an Accident three Days later nov. 4, near Sargent Avenue and Mcgee Street and that he again assaulted a Man in the course of a subsequent discus Sion. Nelson was arrested at his Home nov. 13. Crown counsel Charles new Combe said Nelson s actions provided a pattern of conduct feels he can punch people whenever he feels like m r. Newcombe said the Manitoba Highway traffic act offences May be common but the assaults aggravated the situation. Judge i. V. A Ubienski sentenced Nelson to consecutive terms of one and two months for the assaults and imposed fines of s100 for Public mischief each for the two driving without a licence charges for failing to pro vide information and for tiling to report the second Accident to police.
