Two year agreement. The Union wants a 42.5 per cent raise to total payroll which officials say would pay to 90 per cent of similar rates outside the government. Average hourly pay now is the Union said wednesday in a news release that trends Are showing the workers will Back a unanimous Call from leaders for rejection of the conciliation report.
