Attorney general Roy Romanow introducing the Potash development act for first Reading told the legislature that the Legisla Tion is designed to protect the interests of employees creditors and mine owners in any Transfer of control. The act provides the government the alternative of acquiring the inter est in any Potash mine operation through negotiation or by outright expropriation. Or.
