Maurice Theralen director of the Bureau said in an in t e r v i e w tuesday that of f i c i a 1 s of his department have prepared a report on the plan but require additional information to deter mine whether it would fall under the provisions of the personal investigations act. He said the Bureau has been in touch with the association and the two groups will probably meet within a Day or two to Complete discussions on the plan. Fred Engel the association s membership chairman explained tuesday that the plan would work like a credit rating system. Landlords would fill in details of behaviour and rent payment habits of tenants and the information would be kept on file at the association s head office for any association member who requests it.
