Stephen Caider told of investigating a nov. 4 Accident involving the collision of two Semi trailer trucks near the nov. 19 site at in the morning and visibility then was near both the department of highways and the Environ mental management depart ment were notified Caider testified and additional ramp Cruiser patrols were ordered to the area. Before arriving at the scene of the Richer Accident nov. 19, Caider said he had been investigating another Accident thai same night near Anola 15 Miles North of the trans Canada on Provin Cial Highway 12.
