The negotiator Joyce Gleason said in an interview the nurses sought help from her association. The organization then went to the provincial labor department applied for an investigation and eventually got the Layoff notices rescinded a Day or two before they would have become effective. The nurses bargaining unit has since been certified by the Manitoba labor Board and will Start negotiations for an initial collective bar gaining agreement. Is.
