A spokesman for the emergency measures organization says any Type of shelter built since the cold War began would serve As Protection against radiation rather than blast. Winnipeg has none of these types of shelters As such but a number of buildings in the City have been surveyed and listed As possible radiation shelters in the event of a nuclear attack. A lot of mass Between yourself and radiation is the Only Way to keep it from you and the spokesman says buildings have that mass providing a Good Protection Factor.
