Gray has resigned As general manager of the former government owned Morden Fine foods ltd., it was confirmed monday by the company s new owner John e. Buhler of Morden. In a Telephone interview Buhler denied As totally in True the suggestion that Gray resigned because Buhler planned to keep the Morden Canning Plant going for just a Short time. The question of Gray s resignation was raised in the legislature monday by Sidney Green who said he had heard suggestions that Gray had resigned because the Plant would be closed. Banman said however he was t involved in the Day to Day operations of Morden. Gray whom Buhler said had accepted a position in Ontario with another food company could not be reached for comment. Buhler who paid million for the Plant reported to have been losing for the last two years took Possession on june 15, said he had Given a commit ment to Industry minister Bob Banman that he would keep the Plant going for at least three years. For the time being Buhler said he would assume Gray s duties himself.
