Page judge raps City in Street death the City of Winnipeg was negligent in the death of a 2i-year-Oid City employee who was killed while paint ing Road markings last month. Chief provincial judge Harold Gyles ruled monday. Gyles said the City should have provided its employee with proper reflective clothing while he was working at night and used More care in condoning off Street lanes. Gyles judgment came at the conclusion of an inquest into the death of Ronald Cameron Smith june 16. The inquest absolved the Driver of the car that hit Smith at the Corner of Portage Avenue and Thompson Road of blame.
