The president of the Manitoba judges association explained the majority of crime is committed by people living in economically deprived areas of society because they Are the most vulnerable to the things that generate crime. Kopstein said Many Young peo May be unemployed or working at Low paying jobs can t see a Bright future for themselves or their families. They Don t have the Hope the rest of us have that their situation will improve. They see their prospects without Hope. When one has no Hope he developed an anti social Kopstein said the role of the so Cial worker is to give that person Hope that his prospects will improve and help him achieve that goal.
