Council on monday by civic works and operations com the wastes Are now partially incinerated in solvent based wastes Are burned at the City because they Are highly inflammable and the new plan will be required once the cites downtown incinerator As recommended by both the City and the provincial clean Viron ment All Hospital wastes and dead Mals will be buried in City landfills under strictly controlled conditions while toxic chemicals and pesticides will be stored until the City builds a new disposal for five years waste solvents and radioactive solvents will be mixed with waste transported by a private firm and incinerated in a Lime Kiln at a tiny Community about 250 pm 150 Miles North of but the owner of the private firm to arrange transport of the solvent based wastes to
