third party in court in a custody suit would result in further complication of the Legal that children cant instruct lawyers anyway and that the whole setup would Only be a Burden to the judge Kimelman said Many Manitoba juvenile and family court judges Are finding that a Childs lawyer can pro vide useful information for a decision based on the Childs Best particularly in Protection no
