Obscene Calls bring charges a 34-year-old Man has been charged after 39 obscene Telephone Calls were made to female switchboard operators at Winnipeg real estate Board. Police said yesterday the Man has been charged with four charges of making obscene phone Calls and one of uttering threats to kill in connection with the Calls. The caller talked to four girls on the switchboard Between Jan. 5 and March 4 and in one Case threatened one of the operators a police spokesman said. Three Power boats stolen police Are continuing their search for nautical thieves who spirited away three Power boats from a Pembina Highway Marina Early Friday morning. Glen Sampson manager of Sampson s Marina 2627 Bina Highway said yesterday the thieves were pretty cocky to have taken the time to steal the three boats valued with motors at were sitting on the ground not on trailers. Police said yesterday thieves broke a padlock on the compound at the Marina and made off with two boats valued at a 70 . Man charged in indecent assault a Man has been charged with indecent assault and forcible confinement after a 23-year-old woman was dragged into an Alcove at a Church on Broadway and assaulted sunday morning.
